Stanyan @ Panhandle - $2300

The neighborhood is great. Parks are pretty, sunny, Haight-Ashbury is just a couple blocks away and there is apparently parking on the sidestreets nearby. There is also a lot down the street.

Sorry for the crappy photos - didn't have great light but enough that flash wouldn't automatically go. Overall the building is nice, but the apartment is small, the bedrooms feel cramped and it just doesn't seem like a great place for 2 people.
